About Acceleration Retirement

Acceleration Retirement provides sales, marketing, analytical, and process expertise to retirement plan advisors and plan providers. We accelerate growth, reduce cost, and expand revenue for existing clients. We have made careers out of helping industry professionals optimize their business strategies and hit sales goals.

The core of our team were key players in developing the data, analytics, process, marketing, technology, lead generation, and sales approach that fueled Fidelity Investments retirement plan sales engine over a 15 year period.

We recognized that the future of the industry was in the hands of the advisor. And, those advisors deserved access to better practice management, data, marketing and opportunity generation services than what existed in the market.
We continue to see that industry related providers, payroll companies, banks, and TPA’s are constantly facing an environment that changes and becomes more competitive annually. These companies need more efficient systems, access to better data, analytics, process, and outsourcing opportunities than are currently available.

Jane has been selling financial services since the 1980’s and focused on the retirement plan business since the early 1990’s. Working for Fidelity Investments, she built a sales organization from 3 employees to well over 100. She also built a lead generation team from scratch to over 60 associates. Jane is well known for highly innovative sales approaches and processes. Her team produced over $3 billion in assets under management per year while selling no plan with greater than $5 million in assets. Jane’s lead generation team produced over 3,000 leads a year in all sizes of the retirement plan market including the tax exempt market. Jane is a sought after leader well known for turning lead generation associates into salespeople.

Todd Jenkins has extensive financial services experience working with insurance and retirement plan sales. In his second year at Fidelity Investments, Todd was able to generate over $70M in new retirement plan assets while working in the less than $5M market. He used the same techniques that Acceleration Retirement provides as coaching to Advisors. His deep understanding of Advisors and sales make him an ideal strategic partner for progressive clients.

Jeremy Young has worked in financial services and sales for over 10 years, his experience includes Insurance, Mortgage and Banking. In 2011 Jeremy joined the Acceleration family as a part of our lead generation team. Since coming onboard, Jeremy showed incredible ability to lead and effectively managed the lead Gen Team from 2013-2015. Jeremy recently took over as our head of client management in January of 2015. Jeremy has an understanding of sales and process, and what it takes to grow and be successful in the retirement plan space.

Sean Brady has worked at Acceleration Retirement since 2014, and is the director of Account Executive team as the Vice President / National Sales Manager. Sean spent several years at Fidelity Investments, and was one of the leading 401k Account Executives in the Emerging Corporate Markets division. Aside from being a professional hockey player and coach for the Fort Worth Brahmas, Sean also achieved the Presidents Circle Award twice during his time as Territory Development Manager at Office Depot. Sean’s leadership abilities and vast knowledge of the 401k space makes him a great partner and leader of the call team here at Acceleration Retirement.

Paige has been with Acceleration Retirement since 2014. As Director of Data and Product Development, she manages CRM implementations, CRM consulting, and database development. Prior to Acceleration Retirement, Paige gained experience as a Management Information Systems Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist for a large Institutional Fund Accounting Team. Her knowledge of industry related data, CRM systems, process efficiencies, data intelligence, and management reporting have made her an effective partner to our clients in integrating successful CRM systems.
